All products are made with the best quality resin and colours.
The flowers we use in "OnMyHands" are real and naturaly dry
If you want any personalised product with different colour or specific flowers please message me to duscuss, I'm here to help you :)

Shipping:
Make your product is taking 2-3 and will be deliver by Royal Mail, 2nd class (2-3days). If you need your parcel sooner, please let me know.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
