Remember the old days, cooking on an open fire - now brought up to date!

In 1978 an old lady asked if I could make her a Welsh Bakestone I made 10 sold them all in 4 hours on the market the rest as they say is history. I then spent 6 months researching the history of iron cookware in the UK culminating in the range we now manufacture .Owning an engineering we turned from general work to concentrate on manufacturing cook ware and researching recipes suitable for our cookware we are now working on vegan, vegetarian and gluten free we also manufactured commercial outdoor cooking equipment and my wife ran a specialist catering company carrying out ox roasts and medieval banquets we also have a small market garden so we know a little bit about food and the science behind it we also have a farm cat
