Buying from me

All items are made by myself. Items will either be already made or made-to-order, please read the description to know, all made-to-order items have a 3-5 day turnaround before posting.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail, I am to post within 2-3 days for any pre-made items.

I aim to use as many eco-friendly or easily recycled products as possible when packaging your order.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
