Buying from me
I knit things, and sew things, and make things. All my bags and phone cases are hand knitted from 100% wool and then felted, some of the buttons are handmade (by me) some are just pretty things I've found. I aim to have no two bags exactly the same. I'm happy to make things to order, the yarn I use comes in a HUGE range of colours, so if you need a bag to match an outfit, just ask.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
