All of my hand-drawn designs are made to order and I do accept custom requests
PLEASE NOTE : All of my hand- drawn art work is sold unframed (unless otherwise discussed or stated on the listing)
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Refunds are for faulty or damaged items ONLY.
On completion of any custom orders I will send a picture of the finished product to your for you to confirm that all is correct with your order before posting..... if there is a problem or concern with the finished piece this will be the time to let me know.
If for any reason you do have any concerns or questions regarding your order please tell me right away so it may be corrected before your item is shipped....
Confirming artwork is so important, please take the time to do it... I want to be able to ship your order to you with full knowledge that it is correct and complete and that you are happy with it....
For personalised items
Please CAREFULLY check all spellings, names & dates, as these are YOUR responsibility and cannot be changed once your product has been made.
If any mistakes are made on my part please inform me when you receive the message to confirm the finished design and I will correct or remake the product at my own expense before shipping. ...
