Bold Flower Photography Prints to Improve Your Mental Health

My name is Kirsty. I live in Scotland with my husband and son. I absolutely love photography and I love to capture moments and preserve them through art, so that we can enjoy them for years to come.

Ever since I was young, I was amazed at how it was possible to capture a single moment, that would otherwise possibly be forgotten, or overlooked.
I always loved looking back through family photos, of course, but it was the places and the subjects, especially flowers, that I really enjoyed revisiting.

There is a kind of magic in capturing a flower in full bloom, seeing all the details, some which you wouldn't notice in person, and knowing that those details will not last forever, but you will be able to view them always.
As the seasons change, it reminds us that nothing is forever and that is why I strive to capture these beautiful moments in nature, to share with you.

Flower & Nature art is also fantastic for improving mood and mental health and so these are more than just pretty pictures and can be so beneficial to all.
