I Love bright and warm colours and find myself using them in my paintings all the time. I hope they brighten your life too.

Born in Holland Marja studied art as part of her college education and practiced her love for pottery for many years. She ran a successful pottery in East Stour, but when she retired at the age of 60 she became a Therapist, Healer and found herself completely absorbed by the joy of painting the local landscapes and seascapes and the vibrant bright poppies she so adores. She paints in acrylic and oils and her artworks are part of private collections all over the world. She successfully sells her paintings through commissions, exhibitions, craft markets and on the online galleries. Artist Statement
I am passionate about creating artworks that relate to the viewer. I love to paint paintings you can loose yourself in. Playing with colours and textures, creating semi abstract art is now filling my life on a daily bases. The Landscapes and Seascapes are there to be enjoyed as triggers of appreciation of the beauty that surrounds us. The ‘Endless Possibilities Series’ I have created as a meditation aid These paintings can help the viewer, through using the Law of Attraction, to create health and wellness into their life. I am a Reiki Master and if my paintings can facilitate healing in any form they will have fulfilled the purpose of creating joy and happiness. I wish you all peace and Joy
