Welcome to Lovelace Studios! I'm a self-taught artist and illustrator based in Margate, Kent.

The studio name, Lovelace, is a tribute to my family. With over 20 years of experience in painting and various crafts, I've chosen to focus on creating detailed, semi-realistic art for my shop. My preferred medium is watercolour, which I use to create original paintings, high-quality prints, and unique custom commissions.

Personalised Watercolour Home Portrait Painting

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the beautiful portrait of our house that we received.

Carrie-Ann painted this from a photo taken in the Spring, with the wisteria in full flower and the house looking at its best. She has captured the scene brilliantly, with wonderful detail right down to the faint reflection of our car visible in the porch window!

Our family and friends have all said how stunning the portrait is, and it now takes pride of place in our living room.
