Please note that all my puppies are intended for adults only. Due to the natural yarns used they are not suitable for children under the age of 14.
All my puppies are sprayed with a special knitwear mist before leaving for their new homes. This mist protects, freshens and softens.
Care notes: Due to the natural yarns used please do not put the puppy in the washing machine. If cleaning is required just spray with a knitwear mist and a gentle brush to smooth the fur.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
