Buying from me

Hello and welcome along to little glass robin where as you can probably guess we love all things festive as well as fused glass! From handmade fused glass ornaments, festive pictures, fused glass art, right back to my very first Christmas decoration where it all started, the original little glass robins.

I create all my work in my glass studio in Eastleigh, Hampshire. I hand make everything I sell and I love what I do.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Payment

Paypal accepted - Easy & safe to use

Please note you don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal, you can still use your credit / debit card to make the payment - see website for full details (www.paypal.com)

Paypal automatically works out the exchange rate for the currency in your country

All payments to be made at the time of ordering (if payment hasn't been received within 3 days and no communication has been made within this time, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be re-listed).

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1-2 working days from receiving payment.

All items sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail second class recorded delivery (Delivery Aim 2-3 Days) and will require a signature on delivery. Please note if you require something urgently just let me know and I will work out the extra cost to send it ASAP.

Smaller items sent outside the UK are sent using Royal Mail International Standard (delivery aim 3-5 days for Europe, 5-7 days for rest of world) and will not require a signature on delivery. Please note if you would like your order sent that does require a signature please let me know and I will work out the extra cost for you.
Larger value items (over £50) will be sent using Royal Mail International Track & Signed and will require a signature on delivery.

I am not responsible for any duty taxes (check with your local customs office if you are not sure what the rates are).

International packages can occasionally get stuck in customs so please be patient.

Please make sure your PayPal address matches your Folksy address or contact me if you would prefer the item to be sent to an alternative address.

All items are sent securely wrapped in bubble wrap and in a padded jiffy bag. I do try wherever possible to use recycled packaging for mailing items.

Refunds and Exchanges – Additional Information

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, I go to great lengths to photograph and list items as accurately as possible. I sincerely hope you are thrilled with your purchase.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase simply return it within 14 days (as new, unworn and in its original packaging) and I will gladly issue a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Please get in touch via the Folksy ‘contact' link to let me know the item is being returned. I would recommend using a parcel service that provides a tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss occurred during transportation.

If you would like to exchange it for an alternative item then please follow the same procedure as above. I am happy to exchange unwanted items in the same manner but please be aware that you be responsible for the postage.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately via Folksy ‘contact’ link so that I will have an opportunity to work with you to rectify the problem. I will gladly refund or resend your item if it arrives damaged. I would kindly ask you to submit photographic proof via email of the damaged item, so that I may assess the situation and take appropriate action accordingly.

Please note no returns and/or refunds after 14 days from delivery date.

All items must be returned as new, unworn, in original packaging.

Please note my glass is not dishwasher safe, I recommend wiping it clean with a damp cloth.

Although I do take great care when photographing my work please note colours may appear slightly different on your computer monitor.
