Buying from me
All items are made in my craft area in my family home, I get inspiration from everywhere!
Everything listed for sale is already made and finished, so my usual dispatch time is within one business day.
When packaging my products I try to minimize the use of plastics and use either recycled packaging or re-use old packaging, this may not look as pretty as new packaging but reduces it's environmental impact.
Please do ask regarding custom orders, lead-times will be stated prior to ordering.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
