Tucked away in the heart of the National Forest lives a fabric junkie and her hoard of many offcuts which she can’t bear to see go to waste.
By day, she works tirelessly as a curtain maker but by night, she uses her creative magic to turn these offcuts into fabulous items for people to gift to themselves or their loved ones.
With not even the tiniest scrap of fabric being wasted, she truly believes that one day she may be swallowed whole by a mountain of stash, never to be seen again. She can rest safely, however, in the knowledge that you, dear reader, will save her from this fate and buy her lovingly handmade treasures, thus relieving her of her burden (which is surprisingly easy for her to bear as she dearly loves all of her creations and sheds a tear when they have to be sent away!).
Also, keen to promote a more sustainable, plastic free world, she makes items for you from organic fabrics (because organic is better for the earth, the growers and producers, and for your own health!) so that you too can cut down on your single use plastics and lead a more earth friendly lifestyle.
All of the pennies she earns go towards buying treats and toys for her loopy Labrador (and, of course her two young sons!) and keeps her supplied with her favourite dark chocolate which feeds her creative soul and gives her special sewing powers.
