Using textiles I create sentimental baby keepsakes and also Christmas sacks for children

My name is Kirsty Louise Macdonald.
I’ve always loved textiles since being at school and after completing my A’Levels I went on to gain a fashion degree.
I’ve worked at London Fashion Week for high end fashion designers and I was also a garment technologist for a large high street fashion retailer.
Since then I retrained to be a secondary school textiles teacher which I still do as a part time job. Alongside this I now run Handmade By Kirsty Louise from my Lincolnshire studio.
