Made to order items will take a few weeks to be completed, if you require an estimated completion date or have a deadline please get in touch before ordering
Blankets will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Delivery to ensure it arrives with you safely
All other items are sent by Royal Mail Standard, unless an order is for multiple items and then Signed for Delivery may be used
If you would like a different delivery service such as Evri, please send me a message to discuss
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
