Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All my items are made to order and are individual creations. You have 2 days from purchase to cancel as I aim to post within 3 days of purchase. Any item already posted must be returned (postage paid by buyer) in a resalable condition (ideally in original packaging) in order for me to issue you with a refund. Which I will process upon receipt of the returned item.
Any item that is bespoke or personalised are non refundable.
