Part-time artist

My creative passion lies with pencils and ink with a splash of colour, but I do dabble in other media, as well as crafting. I studied Art and Animation and combining my studies with my love for outdoor pursuits - hiking, snowboarding and my personal favourite, mountain biking. Currently, I work full-time building and repairing mountain bikes.

Having the Peak District on my doorstep, I am very fortunate; I can enjoy my outdoor hobbies and at the same time indulge my love for wildlife, nature and the natural world; this is my inspiration.

As is travel: for a short time I lived in Canada, spent some months in South America and have travelled to a few other countries over time. I feel so lucky and very rich in life. There is so much beauty in the world and I hope to capture it and preserve its wonder and splendour through my work.

I have always loved art and have always created works of art. I have done many commissioned pet portraits and a few murals. Now, I’m enjoying taking another step forward by opening my little online shop which I’m developing in my spare time!
