I'm Jamie,

I've been making "things" for longer than I care to remember; at stages in my life this included Formula 1 and IndyCar engines (hence the shop name), but I've reached that stage in life where it's time to do something that's a passion.

My father brought me my first woodworking tools when I was just eight-years-old, presented in a beautiful wooden toolbox that he'd made. I stil have some of those tools, and the toolbox, only now there's a much greater mix of "traditional" woodworking tools, including dad's, and grandad's.

All of my furniture and designs are made using recycled, or repurposed items, with the occasional bit of modern technology and 3D printing. Any new timber used, comes from a sustainable source.
