Great design. Lots of charts to assist with pattern and shaping. Was expecting to receive a copy through the post. Instead I received an electronic copy to download and print . Fine for me but maybe not everyone?

Lovely pattern easy to follow. The way the ad is worded and the email advising it had been sent made me presume it was coming in the post. It sat in my junk mail for a week. Clearer directions are needed

Never received the patterns. I tried to email the seller but both emails were returned by postmaster general as undeliverable.
This has put me off buying anything from Etsy again as I've no where else to complain to.

Lovely pattern with lots of information diagrams and hints. I did have an issue but probably because of my age and lack of technical know how but Folksy sent me an e-mail stating that the pattern had been shipped out to me. Now I took this to mean that the postman would be delivering it to me. I waited 10 days before contacting the designer on the pattern. The service was brilliant and they explained that it had been sent via my email and needed me to download and print it out. I was also told that they would send it again if required.
I have a printer and so was able to do as I was requested- however not everyone has this facility so be aware.
I also think Folksy should say this in their email.

Pattern easy to follow. Yarn very bulky and scratchy for a young child to wear. Should have done ,ore research on yarn.

Good pattern
Lovely pattern. When I knit this I used one tinsel wool for the trees to give an extra sparkle.
