About Happy Seashells

Happy Seashells

Making Eco wearables from reclaimed metal and tin!

Based in Norfolk, I design and make from my shed of joy at the end of the garden

I love independents, they are the life blood of our high streets, towns and cities, I buy UK as much as I can, mostly I do this to support my fellow makers but the quality of handmade items is exceptional, plus the customer service is brialliant.

Making is the way I stay well, it makes my soul feel nourshed, I get inspired from nature, from the tins I get gifted and that I find in second hand stores or auctions! Sourcing is one of the best parts, feeling the buzz from getting a tin that you can make loads of wearables with, and saving items from being binned is just the best!

I love sourcing locally and you will see me often on a Sunday out early seeing what can be found through rummaging!

Happy Seashell makes are hard to replicate so as customers you do get truely an inividual piece, I am expanding into homewares and copper forming in 2024 so watch out for those, there is likely to be some second pieces kicking about too so look out for those.

If you are ever at a loose end in Norfolk look up one of my shops, Harrods of Hingham, it is a Gallery in Hingham and I and other makers do workshops! Come and learn a new skill and have some fun!
