Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but as a rule, is 3-5 days. For details, see individual items. Estimated delivery times: United Kingdom: 3-10 business days. I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. If the item you have purchased is urgent, please contact us in advance of the order. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot accept any responsibility for delays due to customs.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at haedninorn@gmail.com. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Shipping returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item has been deemed damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are refundable with discretion. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
