Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations on custom orders
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Do you want to return something? No problem!
You can return any unworn items for a refund, or you can exchange them for a different size or colour within 28 days of receiving your original order.
Refunds will be offered at the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
If an item arrives damaged, then the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund is available.
If the item arrives in good condition but you are unsatisfied in any way, then a refund (minus postage and packaging fee) or exchange will be made available.
All items will be inspected on return.
Returns don’t need to be in the original packaging, although in the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it may have to be sent back to you and a refund/replacement rejected.
Custom orders are non returnable.
