I’m Vincenzo, an Italian who’s been calling the south of England home for a few years now (and happily so!)

My story is a bit of a blend—my Italian roots mixed with my life here in the UK. This mix of cultures is exactly what inspires my work: taking the authentic flavours of my heritage and sharing them with the community I’ve found here.

Growing up surrounded by the aromas of authentic Mediterranean flavours, I learned early on that the simplest ingredients, when chosen with care, can create the most extraordinary experiences.

I believe that quality should be honest and visible. Sourcing premium ingredients and blending them with the same dedication I saw in my family home. I want the natural vibrancy and character of what I create to be the true protagonist, reflecting a commitment to transparency and excellence.
