Please message me if you have any specific requirements, such as extra long stems, I will always try to accommodate where I can.
My pieces are usually made to order so please allow me up to 5 days to hand craft your piece. Often it will be ready for dispatch sooner, and again if you need a rush order I will prioritise where I can.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I ordered the snowdrop stained glass, and Caz was kind enough to rush the order so it would arrive in time for my mum's birthday! We're very very happy with it, and will be ordering again soon.
