    It is absolutely beautiful, the natural shapes and sizes of the freshwater pearls have been exquisitely put together by a very lovely and talented crafter. and it was also gorgeously git wrapped. Thank you.

Buying from me

Items will usually be sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, and as such, I will always obtain a proof of postage.
I aim to reuse & recycle outer packaging wherever possible. Please contact me if you need your purchase to be sent with full insurance cover, or if you have any special packaging or delivery requirements.

All items have small components and are therefore not suitable for children unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

As I believe it is important that you are entirely happy with your purchase, refunds will be given for items (except earrings) returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the item will be refunded, however, all return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and as I cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post, you may wish to consider insuring any returns.
Hopefully, you will never need to, but please e-mail in advance if a refund or exchange is required.
