Hi there! Thanks for looking at my work! I hope you like the items in real life as well, as I've injected a lot of love in each and every one of them. They have been created over months of research and development to the finished product, with a lot of patience and attention to details. I hope when you order a piece of art from me you love it as much as I do.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Payment Policy:
The best way to make payment is through Paypal. It is processed very quickly and I can get the painting shipped faster. Payment through bank card soon to come.
Once the painting has shipped and you have received a tracking number, I cannot cancel the order.
Delivery Policy:
I will package and ship your painting within a week once payment has been processed. Please contact me if you need it in shorter period of time. I insure all of my paintings will provide a tracking number once shipped. I ask all customers to inspect their new piece of art very carefully to make sure that damages did not occur while shipping.
Made to order paintings will be shipped after painting is completed and fully dry to touch.
Customers have 24 hours to email me of any damages so I can resolve the issue quickly. It is my top priority that my paintings are of the highest quality and that the customer has a worry free experience.
Refund Policy:
Paintings are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Due to variations of individual colour settings on customer displays, colours may differ slightly.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, you have 7 days to return it to me in the original box that it came in. Please return it through FedEx or UPS and packaged carefully. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price minus any shipping costs back to your account.

Custom Paintings
Due to the fact that custom orders are made to the specifics of the customer, they are not returnable. Custom paintings will not be shipped until the customer is fully satisfied with the end result.
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees
Customers are responsible for any possible customs and fees acquired in your home country regarding your shipment.
