I’m Elira and I make phone charms. I do all sorts of designs for all sorts of ages. Some of my charms are themed and as I am from Manchester lots of the charms I make are bee themed! I use good quality materials and I believe my prices are fair. I ship to the UK and care deeply about my customers liking and enjoying my products. Phone charms are fun and handy. All of my phone charms are unique pieces, made with good quality materials and crafted with care by me, Elira, here in the UK. I process all orders within 1-3 days of order and post everything out second class Royal Mail. Thank you for supporting my small business!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
