I've been designing and making textile art and selling handmade for over twenty years. I work with all sorts of materials but there is always some stitching or sewing involved somewhere. Many of my creations are one offs or made in short runs so you can be sure you are buying something special and unique.
Who are Edith and Audrey?
They were my grandmothers ad their make do and mend approach to life often influences my work. I love to salvage and reuse fabrics that once had a life as something else, perhaps an old dress or a vintage curtain. There is much beauty to be found in old things and I get so much joy out of repurposing old textiles into something useful and beautiful.
