Established in 2000, dust is a Sheffield based design studio with a history of working with and around the Arts. Our collective backgrounds are in Graphic Arts practice, with expertise in traditional techniques and materials as well as a keen interest in developing technology. Our studio comprises of a print workshop, including photographic darkroom, silkscreen and letterpress.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We aim to list all products on the site with correct and detailed information. Please check these details before purchasing to make sure the product is the size and the edition is the one you want. You will only have a valid reason to return a product if a product differs from the description stated on the website at time of the transaction.

Small details means a lot and all work is produced at a high standard. Some printing methods including screen-printing, risograph, and letterpress and products that are handmade are subject to minor discrepancies in colour, registration and consistency. The inconsistencies in production mentioned above will not be a valid reason for return. Please be aware that the product(s) You receive may differ slightly from the photo(s) shown on the site.

All items are sent from the UK, by 1st class recorded post. We aim to ship products within 7 working days of purchase. A lot of care is taken to package the products before they are sent. Once the product has been passed on to the delivery services dust are not responsible for the loss of the product. If you have not received your goods within 14 days of the noted dispatch date please notify dust via email and we will advise on a course of action.
