About David Stubley Ceramics

David Stubley Ceramics

Ceramics with a focus on Raku

Ceramic artist based in Stirling, Scotland. I fell in love with raku firing because of how it results in totally unique pieces of ceramic art. Each firing and interaction between the glaze choice, the combustible materials in use (sawdust, seaweed) leave their own fingerprint on the final piece, which you only see for the first time after lifting out of the flames.
