Buying from me
All items in my store are handcrafted by myself and I only use proper wood as opposed to cheaper mdf or ply materials. I aim to turn orders round in a 1-2 week timescale but will inform upon sale if there is likely to be a delay on this timeframe. Most items can be made to any size so please message if you require a size or colour etc not listed.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
