Welcome to Strength in Stitches!

I create handmade crochet pieces for little ones and grown-ups, including beautiful baby blankets, cosy lapghans, baby clothes and my much-loved hexagon cardigans, available from baby sizes through to plus-size adult.

Granny stitch is one of my favourite ways to relax, whether I'm working on a cosy hexagon cardigan or a granny square blanket. I love watching simple stitches grow into something beautiful, whether the blanket is worked in the round or made from individual squares.

I'm also branching out into adult jumpers and cardigans, so there's lots more to come as I continue creating and exploring new stitches and designs.

For me, crochet is about so much more than yarn and beautiful stitches. There is something incredibly special about taking a simple ball of yarn and, one loop at a time, turning it into something beautiful, useful and made to be treasured.

Every piece I create is handmade with care, because I believe the things made by hand carry something that mass-produced items simply can't — **time, love and a little piece of the person who made them.**

The name **Strength in Stitches** is deeply meaningful to me. It represents finding strength, creating something beautiful through difficult times, and remembering that sometimes the smallest stitches can help us create something much bigger than we imagined.

You'll often find **butterflies, beautiful blues, purples and roses** inspiring my creations. Each holds its own special meaning, but together they represent love, transformation, memories and finding your light.
