My premium homewares are handmade with care, creating as little negative impact on the environment as possible.
Packaging materials are reused, recycled, recyclable and compostable. I only use soy wax (vegan-friendly). Wicks are cotton, paper or occasionally wood. Candle containers are glass or aluminium so they can be reused & recycled.
Dispatch is usually within 3 working days; if you need your order more urgently please let me know.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
