Nature-inspired candles, diffusers and wax melts handmade in Derbyshire

Hi, I'm Gemma.

I make nature-inspired vegan candles, diffusers and wax melts. I love to create, and nature is my primary inspiration. This could be colours, sounds, forms, textures, patterns or objects - the 'everyday' in nature is beautiful.

I have been working in environmental sustainability for 15 years and I believe strongly in reducing my carbon footprint and taking action on climate change. As such, it's important to me that my products and packaging use materials which are vegetable-based, reused, recycled, repurposed and sourced from suppliers within the UK where possible.

I started making gifts for family and friends (candles, soaps, diffusers, wax melts, bath bombs), and they kept telling me I should start selling them...so here I am! I now make a wide range of candles, wax melts and fragrance diffusers in my kitchen, at home in Derbyshire and sell them in person at events, and online via Etsy and Folksy.

Oh, and I have two cats. They are very cute, so can get away with anything.
