Hello, and welcome to Citrus Couture Jewellery!
I'm Alice, I'm 18 and I've loved crafts for my whole life - it's only in the past few of years that I've turned my passion into a business! I generally specialise in jewellery handcrafted from polymer clay, but I have been known to dabble in beading and sewing from time to time as well.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
