We are a husband and wife team who started our kawaii crafting supplies business back in 2011 when our second son was born, we love what we do and love selling crafting supplies, knowing that they are going to be made into something fantastic by our customers!

We have recently started to expand into the stationery market by adding some of our very own personal planner stickers, suitable for the very fashionable planners of the moment, such as Erin Condren, Mambi, Carpe Diem and much more... Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We accept returns on unwanted or faulty goods if returned within 14 working days of receiving your items. We will pay for return postage of your items where there is a faulty and/ or if the item arrives damaged and will offer a replacement where available.

Please always make sure to contact us before sending anything back so that we are better able to track your return and issue a replacement or refund quicker.
