Hi, I’m Anna — the maker behind by STELFORTH.
I work from my workshop in the UK creating modern handmade objects inspired by craftsmanship, texture and artistic design. Alongside this shop, I also run Art by STELFORTH, and my artistic background naturally influences the way I approach woodworking, carving and making.
I create everything from turned pens and carved pieces to sculptural wood art and small creative experiments, using tools such as the lathe, scroll saw and carving tools. I’m inspired by old maker’s marks, signwriting, workshop culture and the beauty of imperfect handmade work.
Most pieces are designed, made, finished and packed entirely by me in small batches or as one-off creations, so every item has its own individuality.
