Designed and hand made cross body phone bags by Buzzin'Bobbins

Hi.
My name is Siân and I live in the South-East of the UK.

I have loved sewing for as many years as I can remember! I think I made my first garment when I was about 7 or 8, with the help of my big sister. Sewing and craft is definitely in the family. Over the years, I have made clothes for my children as they were growing up, my husband - shirts and casual jackets - and then, as they came along, my 3 granddaughters and their dolls. I have also made things such as curtains and blinds for the house and many, many fabric serviettes for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding breakfast.

I have been working as a primary school Teaching assistant for the past 23 years, and as rigorous changes have come with the job I have loved, I have decided to make some exciting alterations (no pun intended).

Buzzin'Bobbins came about as an idea to sell quality, home made products. Whilst on a short break with my husband to a seaside town, I found a small bag with room for the bare essentials, phone; keys, cards and cash, would have been very practical, so I decided to make some cross body bags that would be useful in many situations.

This is my first foray in to the world of retail, and I am hoping, in the future, to add other items to my store; different style fabric bags and possibly some children's Japanese style clothing.
