Hi! I'm Bethany, aka Big Bumbling Bee. I love to make things from stuff that would otherwise be wasted - I have a particular fondness for saving new materials that are heading for the bin - yarn that's been in my stash for too long, leftover fabric from a top I've made, fabrics that people have given to me or deadstock, remnants and ends of rolls. I also love making things so much that I have run out of places to put them. It turns out you only need one quilt for each bed in the house and wardrobes fill up with jumpers really quickly, so this shop is an outlet for my crafty creativity. I donate all of the profits from my shop to homelessness charities in the UK.

Buying from me

All the things in the Big Bumbling Bee shop are made from materials that would otherwise be wasted - destashed fabric and yarn, leftovers from projects, deadstock materials. All the materials used are brand new unless otherwise stated and I don't use any used materials if I don't know their provenance and/or I can't satisfy myself that they are of good quality and condition. I donate all of the profits of Big Bumbling Bee to homelessness charities in the UK.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
