Our Little Gift Shops Story.
Hello, I’m Ben and I’m 5 years old, that's my drawing at the top of the page. I’m the big one on the left and that’s my little brother Harvey, he is 3.

Our Mummy and Daddy always try and get us something extra special for our Birthdays. This year Mummy got us some lovely knives and forks and spoons to eat our food with, and Daddy, who’s an engraver, took them to his workshop and wrote our names on them, he said they’d last us a lifetime, which is a very, very long time.

Daddy got carried away and got lots more things to engrave, and I had a great idea and said “Daddy, why don’t you open a little shop?”
“OK” said Daddy “but what shall we call it son?”
“I know!” said Mummy, “we shall name it after the two most important things in our life.”
“Eating candyfloss and dancing?” I said. “Dinosaurs and Sharks!!” yelled Harvey
“Not Quite” laughed Mummy and Daddy. “I know, I know, wine and perfume?” I suggested.
“You’re getting closer” said Mummy “but the two most important things to us are you and your little brother.”

And so in late 2018 Ben and Harvey’s Little Gift Shop was born.

Georgina and Andy Howarth are the proud parents of Ben and Harvey, Andy who has over 25 years engraving experience spends his working day happily engraving gifts and walking the dog! Georgina as well as helping pack and deliver the gifts, also helps out at the local junior school at lunchtimes.
