Thank you for visiting my shop. I started out making these as gifts for family and friends. Christmas and crafting are two of my favourite things! So, after much encouragement, I decided to reach a wider audience.
I'm learning everyday, there is always room for improvement and I strive to do the best I can.
I put my customers first. I want happy, satisfied customers, that's so important to me. So, if there are any issues, I will always strive to sort in a timely and professional manner.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
