When you buy from me, you will have a piece of art that has been handmade with love and care. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same because of this
I am also able to take requests if you have something special in mind, please contact me to discuss.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please double-check all the details before proceeding to check out. If, however, you find a mistake in any of the details, or need to cancel the order for any other reason, please contact me as soon as possible and I will confirm whether your order can be changed or cancelled.
If your order is personalised and made specifically for you, I cannot currently offer and accept returns and exchanges unless it is found to be damaged or faulty.
If you received a damaged or faulty piece, please contact me with a picture within 3 working days to arrange a replacement, or refund (full or partial).
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me. It is recommended that you send it suitably packaged via a safe, trackable service to insure it against loss or damage in transit.
Your refund can only be issued once I receive the returned goods. It will be credited to the original purchaser’s card or account. I will issue your refund within 48 hours of receipt (exceptions may apply). It may take up to 7 working days for your payment card company to credit your card.
