Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you have changed your mind or decided you didn't like the item, feel free to send it back to me anytime before using it = the item has to be in its original state, with the tag on. CUSTOM ORDERS OR ALTERATIONS

I can make a custom piece for your request or I can alter any item if you ask for it (for an added cost). I will send you pictures and will communicate with you in the process to make sure I create exactly what you like. After you have agreed you liked what I've made, I will post it to you. The work that will have been put into the piece would be only for you, therefore I will not accept returns on custom orders or altered pieces. I will not refund custom orders or altered items.

Please allow me 1-3 working days to complete a custom order, on occasions it might take longer depending on my volumes. I will of course keep you updated. If you have an urgent request, please let me know in advance.

Please bear in mind how to handle macrame jewelry properly:
-Keep it away from high heat (over 40ºC)
-Keep it away from items with sharp edges
-Use the minimum pull and pressure necessary when wearing
-Hand wash separately in warm water with gentle soap, without conditioner. Keep the stones away from water and chemicals as much as possible. (In case the item features wooden beads, their colour might fade with washing - if you want to keep the original state of the beads and stones, do not wash)
-Do not tumble dry.
-Be aware that repeated exposure to seawater/pool water and sunlight may cause wearing/fading or bleaching.

If you've taken proper care of your jewelry and you still find a fault with it, I'll be happy to repair it free of charge within a year, the return and re-postage will be at your own expense.

*FEATHERS: please remember that feathers are very fragile, handle them gently, touch them as little as possible. Please note that I do not change feathers if they loose their shape or show other signs of wear or damage. I can, however, fix your piece of jewelry if the workmanship was not perfect.

*SUEDE/LEATHER/COTTON: as all suede/leather/cotton jewelry, these will wear and tear. Be gentle with it, avoid water as much as possible. Please note that I do not change suede/leather/cotton cords if they loose their shape or show other signs of wear or damage. I can, however, fix your piece of jewelry if the workmanship was not perfect.
