I’ve struggled a lot with mental health, I still do. When I began to study crystals and their healing properties, I dove straight into it to see if it would help me. Along with it came meditation and mindful thinking! Meditation alone taught me how to clear my mind and remain focused and grounded, but using my crystals too brought me so much healing energy. Now I can’t live without them. If you look hard enough, you’ll realise how calming, comforting and helpful they can be. Thats’s why I decided to make jewellery with them, so you can wear something pretty whilst also being protected. Everything I sell comes with a description of their healing properties and how you can benefit from them. One step at a time I’m helping people tune into their spirituality and providing them support, as well as handmade pretty jewellery. Xxx
