Buying from me
Hi my name is Deborah, I make everything myself by hand in a home studio in Northumberland. Because everything is handmade, each piece will be unique and vary slightly. I am very happy to discuss particular colours or a special commission and pride myself on a personal service.
For stock items I aim to post out within 3-5 days of receiving payment. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service. Most packaging is reused :)
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
