I'm Annie and I'm an artist based in Lancashire in the North West of England, I sell my art via my Folksy shop. I'm quite happy to discuss any commissioned art (not portraits). Just send me a message and I’d be happy to discuss.
I send items out by Royal Mail and provide 48 hour tracking on all orders.
I aim to post items within 3 to 4 business days after an order has been placed.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
