Hare and Snail

Join Hare and Snail on their adventures through illustrations, hand painted cards, felt brooches, stickers and more.

I am an illustrator and nature enthusiast based in Pembrokeshire. Inspired by the patterns and colours that surround me in the lush Welsh countryside, I explore, with my two little characters Hare and Snail, what makes us sing, takes our breath away and makes us smile.
The world around us is an amazing, awe inspiring place. It is small, but so big simultaneously. Patterns and shapes that repeat throughout nature, stunning colours and natural shapes.
I spend a lot of time when I'm not working as a weaver, sitting in my wild garden and sketching, foraging in the undergrowth for bugs, discovering new mushrooms
These sketches are then used to create beautiful, whimsical illustrations, needle felted pieces and much more.

Inspired by the countryside around me in Pembrokeshire, I paint, primarily in watercolour, beautiful and whimsical illustrations featuring my two characters Hare and Snail, who help discover fascinating flowers and insects, leaves and birds.
In the store you will find hand painted greetings cards, stickers, needle felted brooches.
