ABNW designs offer a diverse range of creations to suit all ages and tastes, all our designs and products have been created in our Sussex based studio.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Our products are generally sent within 3-5 days of being ordered. In cases in which delays occurs, we will contact you. We process orders 7 days a week (not including holidays). We will ship products Monday and Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be shipped the following business day. Please make sure we have your correct delivery address at the time of purchasing our products. We love happy customers. Please contact us with questions or comments. Our products are packaged with great care, however, should your order arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
