You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We accept paypal and personal checks. Please pay or contact us within three days of placing your order. We are happy to reserve items for up to seven days at a time, please keep in contact with us if you need longer reservations than this or items will be relisted. In the event that you change your mind about an order, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible, we do not make a charge for cancelled, non-custom orders.
We ship to the UK by first class mail and worldwide by Airmail. We obtain proof of postage on all parcels but this is more for our benefit in the event of lost parcels. If you require additional insurance on any orders placed with us we can advise you of the options available and send you a paypal invoice for any additional shipping cost. NOTE we will not provide insurance without specific request.
Parcel not arrived? We expect UK parcels to be delivered within 5 days and parcels to the USA and Canada to take 7-10 days. HOWEVER parcels can take up to 28 days to arrive in the case of Airmail and we cannot take any action until this time has expired. If you still do not receive your parcel after a reasonable time has elapsed then we will refund your payment in full or replace the item.
Please be aware of your country's own customs limits and restrictions as we cannot be responsible for this. We mark parcel value in British Pounds in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of shipping. We do not mark parcels "Gift", misrepresent contents value or description or split parcels.
Refunds and Exchanges
Changed your mind? Let us know and return the items in the condition they arrived within 10 days of receipt and we will send you a full refund upon receipt of the item(s).
If your item arrives faulty, broken or not as described please contact us as soon as possible to determine the best course of action. This may be a full refund, replacement item or repair. All costs will be covered by us and are applicable for 28 days after receipt of the goods.
