I live in Chester, England with my husband and a rescue greyhound called Jasper. Fabric and sewing have always been my main loves and I can't resist unusual and quirky fabrics. I now make these into unique lampshades and decor for your home.
I started selling fabrics in 2010; I had been making handbags and selling them in a shop in Chester and people often asked where I got the unusual fabrics I made them from. I was importing them from the USA in small quantities, so I upped the quantities and sold on what I didn't use.
Over the last few years this has grown to sourcing fabrics from all over the world. Japan is the latest country I am plundering (they have some really great stuff there)!
For my Folksy store I use my favourite fabrics to make unique lampshades, cushion covers and other home items.
