Welcome to Vibe Up Your Life, the ultimate place to find ways to improve your vibes. Whether you're in need of a boost of positivity or your looking for a way to reduce stress levels with minimal effort.
During the Pandemic in 2020, I found myself searching for purpose, passion and generally just trying to find my way in life in a way that fulfilled me. After a lot of soul searching, a life coaching course and lots of set backs I found myself turning to spiritual practices a lot. Meditation, moon cycles, crystals and aromatherapy to bring some balance and purpose back to my life.
My crystal pins came about after wanting to store my crystals in my bra so I could easily carry them close to me but not wanting the uncomfortable feeling of them inside my bra so I created pins to easily have them on my whenever I leave the house. They also look incredible at the same time of providing the vibrations I'm after.
As a child I would always create 'potions' in the bath so when I found the power of aromatherapy I knew I had to experiment with creating candles especially when I have an intolerance to Lavender and struggle to find scent to relax with that doesn't contain Lavender. This led to my candles being created with various scents to awaken whatever mood you require.
Vibe Up Your Life is run by myself, making everything by hand in small batches in my kitchen and home studio with my trusty attention seeking assistant fox pup by my side every step of the way.
